Varsity Theater

Ion Art was honored to help rejuvenate a prominent Austin business center by recreating the distinctive three-story vintage neon sign at the Varsity Theater building on Guadalupe St. The sign is lit with a combination of different lighting, and contains 453 linear ft of triple-stroke "Euro" glass, 15mm novial-gold, citrus orange, and 4,500K white exposed neon. We also refurbished the giant mural on the side of the building. The overall effect is breathtaking!
