Riverside Resources developed a modern Class A+ office building that provides a striking juxtaposition of curved glass and local stone amid the rolling hills and rugged natural landscape of West Austin. The 38-acre site is shared with the Hotel Granduca, providing convenience and comfort to business travelers, as well as an array of easily accessible amenities for guests and meeting spaces for conferences and other events. Ion Art designed, fabricated, and installed the monuments and base building signage to complement the aesthetic of the project. (2015)
