This project was designed by Page/Dyal. We worked with Ardent Residential to interpret those designs into functional signage that complied with the client’s budget. 

With the Farmhouse unit ID numbers we suggested to change the Farmhouse logo from painted graphics to a tactile logo for added depth and interest. The overall package has a homey, yet elegant feel, which carries throughout the property from the unit IDs to the rooftop deck. The double-stroke clear red neon in the red channel letters on the north and south end of the buildings facing S. I-35 create a welcoming glow and set the property apart along that highway corridor.
